The Grace Fund is managed by Grace Fund Management Services, Inc. This is the company that handles the administration of the fund including Investor Relations, Accounting, Tax Reporting and legal considerations.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Mitchell, CEO of the Grace Fund, organized the company in 2006 to provide financing for the Acquisition and Development needs of projects purchased by Grace Realty Group, Inc. and its affiliates.

Douglas L. Mitchell is the founder, President and CEO of Grace Realty Group, Inc. Since 2003, Mitchell has created a company roadmap, leading GRG to a future of sustained growth and prosperity. His vision for the company includes taking advantage of the many opportunities to be found in the real estate marketplace.

In addition to leading the company, Mr. Mitchell is responsible for property acquisition, disposition and redevelopment. He oversees the planning and monitoring of the company's financial performance and management of the liquidity, profitability and capital structure of the company and its investments.

Professional Experience
Upon being discharged in 1970 after a stint in the U.S. Army and a tour of duty in Vietnam, Mr. Mitchell entered the construction trades. He soon advanced to supervisor and project manager and was given the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the construction of several major commercial buildings from the ground up, including industrial, multi-family residential, shopping centers and office projects. Mr. Mitchell has over thirty-five years of practical experience in the construction field.

Over the years, Mr. Mitchell has been personally responsible for the purchase, financing, management and disposition of over $120 million of commercial real estate, including numerous multi-family complexes totaling over 2,300 units in Illinois, New York, Oklahoma and Florida. He has purchased, refurbished and sold numerous single family homes in Florida.

Mr. Mitchell currently owns two Florida shopping centers totaling nearly 200,000 square feet, which are being redeveloped. He is co-developer of two ultra luxury ocean-access waterfront projects in Florida, including a new 43-unit townhouse complex in Miami Beach and several existing multi-family buildings on the Isle of Venice, an island in the exclusive Las Olas district of Fort Lauderdale.

Mr. Mitchell is a Florida licensed mortgage broker.
